The offer includes a set of adjoining rural properties located in a well-connected countryside area with paved access. The main estate covers close to 70 hectares and contains a building dedicated to wine production, consisting of an industrial facility of nearly 2,000 m² and an auxiliary warehouse. It also includes extensive vineyard areas equipped with drip irrigation, although a significant portion of the plantations would benefit from renewal due to age and the presence of vine-related diseases.
Adjacent to the main estate are two additional, smaller properties that provide complementary facilities and a water supply point consisting of a well and covered reservoir, essential for irrigation and for the operation of the winemaking activity.
The sale includes the material assets of the operation: existing wine stocks, specialized agricultural machinery (including a harvest machine and spraying equipment), trailers, pumping systems, and the complete irrigation infrastructure. Intangible assets are also included, such as registered trademarks associated with the project, internet domains, and vineyard planting rights linked to the operation (transferable through the termination of the existing lease agreement).
The package also contains a range of documentation and administrative authorizations: viticultural registry certificates, municipal activity and expansion permits, sanitary registrations, as well as registrations in agricultural and industrial records, and certification of inclusion in the relevant protected geographical indication.

El conjunto en oferta está formado por varias propiedades rústicas colindantes, situadas en un entorno rural bien comunicado y dotadas de accesos asfaltados. La finca principal cuenta con una superficie cercana a las 70 hectáreas y alberga una edificación destinada a la elaboración de vino, compuesta por una nave industrial de casi 2.000 m² y un almacén auxiliar. Dispone además de amplias extensiones de viñedo en riego por goteo, aunque una parte significativa de las plantaciones requeriría renovación debido a su edad y a la incidencia de enfermedades propias de la vid.
Junto a la finca principal se integran otras dos propiedades adicionales, de menor dimensión, que aportan instalaciones complementarias y un punto de suministro de agua mediante perforación y depósito, esenciales para el riego y el funcionamiento de la actividad vitivinícola.
La operación incluye los activos materiales de la explotación: existencias de vino, maquinaria agrícola especializada (incluida vendimiadora y equipos de pulverización), remolques, sistemas de bombeo y la infraestructura completa de riego. Se incorporan también activos inmateriales como marcas registradas vinculadas al proyecto, dominios web y los derechos de plantación asociados a la explotación (transmisibles mediante la extinción del contrato de arrendamiento vigente).
Forman parte del paquete diversos elementos documentales y autorizaciones administrativas: certificaciones del registro vitícola, licencias municipales de actividad y ampliación, registros sanitarios, inscripción en registros agrarios e industriales y la certificación de pertenencia a la indicación geográfica protegida correspondiente.
